Tetra Global Real Estate engages in philanthropic work through numerous projects. In particular, we have a significant history of supporting Devotion To Children, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established in 1994 by Mrs. Rosemary Tran Lauer. The organization’s mission is to break the cycle of poverty by providing access to affordable quality childcare for children under the age of six from disadvantaged families. This mission was envisioned by Rosemary Tran Lauer because of her personal struggles of being a single mother raising two children.
For over 25 years, Devotion To Children has been helping over 3,000 families in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Devotion To Children has provided tuition assistance to disadvantaged families with children under the age of 6 so that they could attend quality preschool programs while their parents work or further their training and/or education.
Through Devotion To Children, we also honor the late William H. Lauer with the William H. Lauer Legacy Award, named after the first Legacy Award recipient. This award is given in recognition to an individual, with a proven record of exceptional generosity of financial or other support, who demonstrates outstanding charitable responsibility, and encourages others to take on philanthropic leadership roles in the community that impact children under age six. This individual has also supported the mission of Devotion to Children, i.e. providing access to high-quality early childhood educational programs for children under age six who come from economically disadvantaged families. William H. Lauer is the late husband of Rosemary Tran Lauer, the Founder of Devotion To Children.
