Tetra Global Real Estate comprises of a team of individuals with diverse knowledge and experience in business, marketing, and sales. We believe that each one of our clients have unique visions and needs when it comes to property investment. As a former division of Tetra Partnerships, Tetra Global Real Estate benefits from over 40 years of business relationships established through its late founder, Mr. William (Bill) Lauer, a commercial real estate broker that sold, developed, and managed over 100 million square feet in the DC metropolitan area.
Mr. Lauer was a native Washingtonian with over four decades of experience as a real estate developer and marketing specialist. His real estate portfolio included numerous joint ventures, property management, commercial and residential development, including the development of the renowned New Town of Reston in Virginia. In his lifetime, Mr. Lauer received extensive recognition and countless awards for his contribution in shaping and developing Northern Virginia.
Rosemary Tran Lauer
Rosemary Tran Lauer is the President of Tetra Partnerships, Tetra Global Real Estate, LLC, and DTC Press; she is also the President and Founder of Devotion to Children, a non-profit organization. Working hand-in-hand with her late husband, Bill Lauer, Rosemary has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and global investments. She is a licensed sales agent in Virginia.
Amy Trang
Amy Trang, Ph.D., is the Principal Broker and managing partner at Tetra Global Real Estate, LLC. She is also the Founder and CEO of Social Capital Solutions, Inc. Amy is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia with over ten years of experience in consulting and business management.
